What is it?
Keshavi Garb is a dress-rental shop based in Bhopal that offers ethnic wear, party outfits, lehengas / gowns / chaniya-cholis (especially around festival / Navratri / Garba), rentals with delivery, and a curated collection for girls/women. Keshavi Garb
My role
I built the website (design + front-end) for a client — turning their offline clothing-rental store into a clean, modern, mobile-friendly online presence. I handled overall layout, styling, navigation, collections listing, rental flow info, and made sure the vibe matches festive, fun fashion.
What’s inside (features & vibe)
- Home and About pages explaining rental services like lehenga/gown/ethnic-wear hire, easy booking & delivery. Keshavi Garb
- Collections page categorised by festive, party wear, Indo-western fusion outfits, giving visitors a simple way to browse the wardrobe. Keshavi Garb
- Rental-flow info: choose outfit, select dates, book rental, delivery — making fashion rentals easier for people wanting occasional wear (festivals, events, parties) without buying full-price outfits. Keshavi Garb
- A modern, friendly UI suitable for a younger, festive audience — capturing the fun and vibrancy expected from ethnic/party wear rental services.
Tech stack / What I used
- React, Tailwind (or your styling choice), JavaScript, Sanity CMS, image optimization tools, responsive layouts, and a fast-performing frontend structure.
- Semantic markup + clean design to ensure quick loading, easy navigation, and good user experience on both desktop and mobile
- Clear content structure: collections, about/info, booking instructions — so users can understand rental process quickly and explore outfits without confusion
Why it’s cool (or: what makes it portfolio-worthy)
- It shows I can build a consumer-facing website for a real business (not just a demo or toy project) — dealing with a use case where users expect clarity & trust (renting clothes).
- The site balances practical functionality (rental flows, collections) with aesthetics (festive vibe, easy browsing), which demonstrates UI/UX sensibilities.
- It proves I can translate a local, physical-store concept (rentals) into a smooth online presence — useful for clients who want to take their offline ventures online.
